For used equipment, we use private party transport, that means we don’t ship via semi or otherwise known as LTL… The reason why is semi transport is really rough on out of box used and refurbished fitness equipment.We avoid that by hiring private individuals to bring the machine to you, because of that, it takes a little bit longer to find a person to do this at a good rate, but we have over a 90% success rate, in finding such a carrier. "15 Day Guarantee" means Fitness Parts Repair LLC DBA as Hydra Fitness Exchange is liable for any repairs or service (Including parts and labor) after the machine is received by you at our warehouse or after the delivery date. For cost efficiency, we reserve the right to use used parts in the event we need to repair your machine up to the standard/condition that lead you to the original purchase. If the item cannot be repaired or repaired at a reasonable cost we reserve the right to offer you a "like" product exchange. A "like" machine will be a machine similar in quality and price. If you decide to return the machine, for any reason, you will receive a full refund on the product, LESS ANY AND ALL LABOR EXPENSES that relate to the original delivery and the pickup of the rejected item. Under no circumstance will we "absorb" these labor expenses on a return with no exchange.

The $50 copay PER service request, tells us how serious the problem is with only a fractiona financial commitment on your part..
