Shipping Policy

Outset Timing Statement: Deliveries can take 1-4 Weeks Depending on Size and Distance.

There are Three Major Categories

1. Inside of Chicagoland (40 mile radius of Downers Grove)

2. Outside of Chicagoland

3. Lightweight - Accessory Items (Less than 40LBs)

1) Inside Chicagoland

We use Transmotion Inc., and they offer 3 basic levels of services.
a) Curbside Cardio or Strength Delivery - Dropped off at the end of the driveway or address, $99
b) Residential Cardio Equipment, installed and assembled in the room of your choice $159, $60 for each additional piece at same residence if more than one piece is purchased. We offer Free Haul Away, our Expense, as we have a recycling program.
c) Commercial Cardio Equipment, installed and assembled in the room of your choice $259, $150 for each additional piece at same residence if more than one piece is purchased. We offer Free Haul Away, our Expense, as we have a recycling program.
d) Residential Home Gyms - Strength- $299
e) Commercial Fitness Centers - Custom Quote Per Job

2) Outside of Chicagoland - By Weight - Freight

2.a Private Carrier (hire per job and destination)

2.b LTL (Less Than Truckload - Semi Transport)

We prefer to use private carrier (one man and a truck or van) because the item has a much safer Travel than LTL - Semi.
All Freight Shipments are curbside, that means no installation - the buyer of the fitness equipment is solely responsible for getting it into the house or commercial gym. Not the carrier.

Price range is $200- $600 for shipments in the lower 48, depending on weight. eg. 100 pounds would be $200, 500 pounds, $600.

3) Lightweight - Accessory Items (Less than 40LBs)
Shipping via USPS or Fedex depending on item, Price Range is typically $14.99 to $39.99 Depending on Weight and Size.
